Detection of ventricular extrasystoles
Svánovská, Zuzana ; Mézl, Martin (referee) ; Sekora, Jiří (advisor)
Ventricular extrasystoles are pathological changes in the ECG signal. Detection of ventricular extrasystoles on 12leads ECG was created in MATLAB. My work contains two algorithms. The first of these algorithms is based on comparision wides of QRS komplexes. The second algorithm matchs maximum and minimum evaluations of QRS komplexes. We look for agreements beetween these two algorithms and finally if we find these agreenments in seven leads at least we will suppose presence of ventricular extrasystoles.
Detection of ventricular extrasystoles using high-frequency components of ECG
Budíková, Barbora ; Smital, Lukáš (referee) ; Smíšek, Radovan (advisor)
Pathology of the ventricular extrasystole is commonly detected by comparing the width and other parameters of the QRS complex. This work represents recognition of extrasystoles using high-frequency ECG components, captured under special conditions, and rating of succes of this method. The detection is performed by algorithm in the Matlab programming environment and its output is an impulse propagation map and a decision, whether the complex is a ventricular extrasystole or a physiological complex QRS.
Detection of pathologies in ECG signals
Němec, Radek ; Mézl, Martin (referee) ; Kašpar, Jakub (advisor)
This thesis attempts with methods for detection of pathologies in ECG signals. The first part is focused on the basic theory of heart anatomy, electrocardiography and individual heart pathologies. The second part describes the preprocessing of ECG signals, detection of QRS complexes and detection of individual pathologies. In the third part the detector is being tested on CSE database and my own measured data.

Detection Of Ventricular Extrasystoles Using High-Frequency Components Of Ecg
Budíková, Barbora
Pathology of the ventricular extrasystole is commonly detected by comparing the width and other parameters of the QRS complex. This article represents recognition of extrasystoles using high-frequency ECG components, captured under special conditions. The detection is performed by algorithm in the Matlab programming environment and its output is a map showing the passage of extrasystole through heart and decision whether complex is extrasystolic or physiologic.
